Wedding Package:
From noon Friday to noon Sunday, we close our doors to our other guests so that you -- the wedding party -- have exclusive use of our 1740 farmhouse and beautiful grounds. The entire house and grounds are yours to enjoy, including our in-ground swimming pool, outdoor heated Jacuzzi, stone patio overlooking the mountains, nature trails, kitchen facilities, great room, library and more. This is a wonderful way to get married, in total relaxation surrounded by the natural beauty of the Shawangunk Mountains. The Package includes gourmet breakfast for all guests staying at the Farmhouse and served to you at the table in our dining room. Your rehearsal dinner can take place under the tent the night before your wedding as well, as the caterer we work with is able to provide this service to you. The luxury of lingering endlessly at your own personal venue for an entire weekend sets the stage for the loveliest, and most relaxing of weddings.

Grounds and house fee $4200 + 15% gratuity, includes a 2 night stay with all (5) guest rooms with gourmet breakfast on Saturday & Sunday, and exclusive use of the entire house and grounds.

A non-refundable deposit of $500 is due when you set your date. We will hold this date for 3 weeks, giving you the chance to change the date if necessary. After 3 weeks, date must be confirmed with signed contract and 50% deposit of $1850. Remaining balance of $1850 is due 2 weeks before the day of the wedding.

We work with some of the area’s best caterers, all of whom will provide everything you need from tents, tables, and lighting, to linens, dinnerware, dance floor, bathroom facilities, food, alcoholic beverages, bartender, wait staff, florist, wedding cake, DJ, and more. Traditional and more eclectic menus are available. Catering fees vary depending upon the style of reception and menu desired. All of the caterers we work with will work with you on every detail of your wedding from start to finish.

Our venue is large enough to accommodate up to 200 people, and intimate enough to make a spectacular setting for a smaller wedding as well. We have maintenance on-call, ensuring that all aspects of your special day are taken care of. Our staff will provide valet parking with assistance to the grounds for any guest who requires it.
