We offer two packages for you to choose from:

1. Weekend Package - From noon Friday to noon Sunday, we close our doors to our other guests so that you -- the wedding party -- have exclusive use of our 1740 farmhouse and beautiful grounds. The entire house and grounds are yours to enjoy. Package includes gourmet breakfast for all guests staying at the Farmhouse. The luxury of lingering endlessly at your own personal venue for an entire weekend sets the stage for the loveliest, and most relaxing of weddings.
   
   Grounds and house fee $3800 + 15% gratuity, includes 2 night stay/5 guest rooms with gourmet breakfast on Saturday & Sunday, and exclusive use of the entire house and grounds.
   
   A non-refundable deposit of $400 is due when you set your date. We will hold this date for 3 weeks, giving you the chance to change the date if necessary. After 3 weeks, date must be confirmed with signed contract and 50% deposit of $1700. Remaining balance of $1700 is due on date of wedding.
   
   
2. Saturday or Sunday Wedding - A beautiful wedding on our grounds without having to reserve the Bed & Breakfast. Your wedding will take place at our Wedding Rock overlooking the beautiful Shawangunk Mountains, with plenty of privacy for you and your guests.
   
   Grounds Fee for ceremony and reception ... $2000 + 15% gratuity

We work with some of the area’s best caterers, all of whom will provide tents, tables, lighting, linens, dinnerware, dance floor, bathroom facilities, food, alcoholic beverages, bartender, wait staff, florist, wedding cake, DJ, and more. Traditional and more eclectic menus are available. Catering fees vary depending upon the style of reception and menu desired. Our venue is large enough to accommodate up to 200 people, and intimate enough to make a spectacular setting for a smaller wedding as well. We have maintenance on-call, ensuring that all aspects of your special day are taken care of. Our staff will provide valet parking with assistance to the grounds for any guest who requires it.
